I’ve wanted to start a blog for a very long time and so when this idea popped into my head, well… excitement would be an understatement. Everyone has something they believe in, something they want to say and tell to the world and so I introduce to you THE BLOG (okay, so the name is a work in progress!). This is a place where you can write about your experience or any advice you want to give to others - it is a safe space and you can post your blog anonymously or not - I know some or you will want to link your socials (I would too) so that’s also cool but for IG, Facebook and TikTok only. All that needs to be done is that you email me what you want to say so I can check it is appropriate and ensure any potential trigger warnings have been included (etc) then I will upload the blog pieces on the following Sunday.

 

Please do not use this space to ask for professional advice as I am not a licensed therapist. However, I greatly urge you to use the numbers and email addresses I have linked on the homepage of this website to get access to professional help.

Please don’t feel as though you need to be struggling to get a therapist, I genuinely believe that getting professional heals would still be brilliant for anyone, I literally cannot recommend it enough!
